You may only be needed for a portion of the time and will work for at least one hour per day.
The pay is $25/day for each day you work.
You will have most major holidays off of work since our women will also not be working.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide transportation for residents to get work while using the Rose Garden van.
(Driver's License and clean driving record required.
) 2 years of sobriety is required if you have your own recovery story The Rose Garden Recovery Community has a Christian residential program which serves women seeking assistance and accountability in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
You will assist residents as they progress towards their goals by providing daily accountability and encouragement.
Be available for emotional support, encouragement, and wise counsel of residents.
Provide leadership exhibiting biblical values, offering counsel, and Gospel witness where appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
You will be trained in Rose Garden programming and policy so you can answer questions when asked and provide documentation for broken work policies.
You will be responsible for miscellaneous duties surrounding staff and resident support within the home On rare occasions, you may need to administer (and monitor) a urine drug screen or facilitate tracking of medication.
