This is a dual position consisting of Front Desk Associate and Coffee Shop Barista.
Front Office Duties Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Assist guests with special requests Answer phone calls to make reservations and answer questions in relation to our resort and local area Communicate directly with housekeeping and maintenance departments to enhance guest experience Complete shift checklist to ensure consistency and a successful operation Coffee Shop Duties Provide fast and friendly service to all guests Follow recipes to create consistent beverages Complete shift checklist to set up the next shift for success Maintain a clean and organized work environment If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
