This person will be doing the following:
Recruiting hourly and some office staff
Handling employee issues
Benefit enrollment
Requirements:
3-5 years experience with staffing hourly employees
3-5 years experience working with employee issues and benefits
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work with multiple personalities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Degree is a plus, but not a requirementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
